Offer acceptance
Unconditional letter of offer
Once your application is approved, you will get an unconditional letter of offer via email. Follow the instructions in the email to accept your offer. You will need to:
- Accept your offer using the instructions in your emailed Offer Letter and enrolment pack
- Pay your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) in Australian dollars
- For Study Abroad students, pay your tuition fees
- Provide evidence of pre-visa assessment (if applicable).
Please accept your offer as early as possible to allow the necessary 4–6 weeks for obtaining a student visa.
Conditional letter of offer
If you have received a conditional offer you must meet the conditions of your offer and provide documentation of this before you can accept your offer. Your offer letter provides details of the conditions you must meet.

Confirmation of enrolment
Once you have accepted your offer an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) will be issued within five working days and sent to you by email. You will need this to apply for your visa.
