There's so much happening at Melbourne Global Mobility, it's hard to keep up, from new opportunities and scholarships to events.
University of Iceland
The University of Iceland and the University of Melbourne have agreed to begin exchanging students from semester 2, 2016. See the brochure page on the new partner site for the relevant links to the website.
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is once again offering scholarships for students to study in Germany for six weeks in January/February 2016. The Hochschulwinterkurs scholarship is mainly geared towards second-year students with German language skills of at least level B1. Students must apply online by Saturday 15 August. All necessary information is available on the DAAD website.
Drop-in and ask sessions
Think you need to know more about possibly going on exchange from your student centre?
Students seeking further information about studying overseas on exchange as part of their studies at the University are invited to drop in and ask questions of their student centre staff on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 1pm until December 2015.
Hansard Society Scholars. To mark the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta, two scholarships (worth £10,250 GBP each) have been made available, to enable two outstanding undergraduate students to join the prestigious Hansard Scholars 14 week Autumn Programme from 5 September – 12 December 2015.
