NB. The following information applies to undergraduate students only. Graduate students should make an appointment to speak with the convenor of their course listed on the Graduate Faculty Advisor webpage.
Undergraduate Economics and Commerce
Study plans (with subject descriptions attached) must be submitted directly to the Commerce Student Centre. Please allow at least five business days per department for your Study Plan to be approved before collecting it from the Commerce Student Centre. For example, if you require subject approvals from two departments, your study plan should be available for you to collect ten business days after submission.
For students currently on exchange: If you require additional Commerce subject approvals whilst on exchange, please send subject approval requests via email to commerceabroad-out@unimelb.edu.au making sure that you include the subject name, code and a detailed description of the subject/s you need approved. You will then be sent an email advising of the approvals within five business days.
** Commerce students seeking approval for breadth studies should contact the Departmental advisor in the relevant Faculty under which the breadth subject discipline belongs.
